  • Orders are processed only upon full payment confirmation.
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, GCash, credit/debit cards, and online payment options.
  • Custom/special orders require full payment before processing.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Metro Manila: 5-10 business days | Provincial areas: 7-14 business days.
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee (subject to stock availability).
  • Shipping fees vary based on destination and product weight.
  • Medscope PH is not responsible for courier delays.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns accepted within 7 days for defective or incorrect items.
  • Items must be unused, with complete packaging and proof of purchase.
  • No returns for change of mind or personal preference.
  • Refunds processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
  • Customers cover return shipping unless due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item.

5. Warranty Policy

  • Warranty coverage varies per product.
  • Customers must register their Littmann stethoscope on the official Littmann website.

6. Customization & Special Requests
