- Custom/special orders require full payment before processing.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Metro Manila: 5-10 business days | Provincial areas: 7-14 business days.
- Rush orders may be available for an additional fee (subject to stock availability).
- Shipping fees vary based on destination and product weight.
- Medscope PH is not responsible for courier delays.
4. Return & Refund Policy
- Returns accepted within 7 days for defective or incorrect items.
- Items must be unused, with complete packaging and proof of purchase.
- No returns for change of mind or personal preference.
- Refunds processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
- Customers cover return shipping unless due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item.
