Medscope Philippines ships orders through J&T Express and LBC Express to ensure reliable and efficient delivery nationwide.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Metro Manila: 5-10 business days
• Provincial Areas: 7-14 business days
• Rush orders may be accommodated with an additional fee, subject to availability.
• Delivery times may vary depending on courier service and location.

3. Shipping Fees & Insurance

• Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and product weight.
• Both J&T Express and LBC Express require an insurance fee for the item, which must be shouldered by the customer.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• LBC Express incurs an additional 5% charge for all Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions.
• COD is available only for select locations and subject to courier coverage.

5. Order Tracking

Tracking numbers will be provided once the order is shipped. Customers can track their orders via the official websites of J&T Express and LBC Express.

6. Shipping Restrictions

• Medscope Philippines is not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
